Panama??
- Saturday 3 October 2009

Heyhey.
We want to write exactly what we are feeling. Crap and bullshit. Bombacla!
Since we have fallen in love with Jamaica and brown sugar and professional cliff divers and Jamaican lovers and Rastafari food we don't want to leave - at least not quite yet!

But while we are waiting for news from back home, hoping to be able to stick around a bit longer, we will atleast try to enjoy our last night in Jamaica. Iih!

Keep your fingers crossed for us, and mean while you can enjoy some of what we have experienced in the past week via some (a lot of) pictures. As soon as we get a hold of a computer with faster internet we will write and tell you more.

Kisses from amazing Jamaica!

('Legalize it')

(Lenny - our driver - the guy we called when we needed a taxi, a ride, a something. "If i hold you like this in the picture, your family will think I'm your boyfriend when they see it!")

("Protect your head - don't end up dead" - one of many inspiring roadsigns)

(On our way to Kingston)

(At the Bob Marley museum in Kingston)

(Apparently this was Bob's first car, or something like that)

(Sadly we were not allowed to bring the camera inside the museum, which is Bob Marley's former house. There are rooms left the way he used to keep them when he was still around and there are rooms filled with clips from magazines from all over the world - some of them in swedish - and his old jeans shirt is framed and hung on the wall)

Jamaican Party Pictures

(The toilet lady - keeping us safe while going to the ladies room.)

(In the only night club that was open laaate at night. The strip club.)

(The door keeper at the Blue Cave Castle, lecturing us about safety before letting us out)

(Our best friend Omar - totally gay and totally stoned. Nickname: "the Gangster")

 ("The Fire King")

 ("The Dancers")

(Happy - after retrieving our camera from The Dream Scape Villas)

(Waiter at Push Cart trying to convince us to come home with him)

(Ras Rody...)

(...and son)

(Rom and Pepsi)

(Maja is getting tired of the same old conversations in the night club)

(Maja has given up trying to have a normal conversation with the people and swapped them for this lion. He was a great listener!)

("Smiley" - the guy with the biggest and brightest smile you ever saw. But he refused to let us take a picture of it, dammit)

(Us with our best friend again. Very flattering photo.)

(Mi Yard - the place where we hung out late at night, after getting tired of the clubs. Great place for listening to the local guys airing their radio show, and to eat some fried-ish potato stuff. Mm-hm.)
